WELCOME
Hello!
Kevin and Leigha live and work in Boston, and are excited to be raising their children in the Allston/Brighton neighborhood. Part of our business is property management so our properties are always well maintained, and in the unlikely event a guest has an issue we are equipped to deal with whatever the issue is promptly and professionally. We love our city and our neighborhood, we enjoy sharing our favorite places to eat and visit with guests. We enjoy traveling and skiing with our young children, and spending time exploring the city on the T with our train obsessed 5 year old.
Allston/Brighton is a vibrant Boston neighborhood located between Fenway and Cambridge. Like many neighborhood, we are enjoying a surge of development and wide variety of new shops, dining, and transportation options on every block. Boston Landing pictured here is the newest addition to Brighton and includes the Bruins and Celtics training facilities, Roadrunner concert venue, and a variety of different shops.
Architecturally, our house is considered a "3 Decker", which is a design most commonly found in New England. 3 Decker style buildings were constructed in Boston as tenement housing in the late 19th early 20th century. Over the last 30-40 years many 3 Deckers have been converted to condos, the natural design is appealing to city dwellers who appreciate the high ceilings, bay windows and private outdoor space it affords its residents.

GETTING COMFORTABLE
HOUSE GUIDE
Below are a few helpful tips and instructions on how to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable!

LAUNDRY
We have a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. To access the laundry you go to the back of the house, and down the stairs to the basement level using code 1987 on the basement foyer door. The washer and dryer are behind the two folding white doors immediately to your right. We have quarters and detergent on the dryer.

Street parking is available all weekend. During the week there is a loosely enforced 2 hour parking rule from 8am-6pm.
Shower
Please use the shower valve to turn on and adjust the temperature of your shower. The small toggle under the valve will only adjust the water pressure but has no effect on the temperature of the water.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK!
While we experienced blustery weather in Boston this week, Kevin’s place was warm and comfortable. The beds and linens were great! Plenty of room to spread out throughout the apartment. Close by to BC, BU, Northeastern, Harvard and MIT if you are doing the college tour rounds. Free parking in the back was key! Would stay again.
